Qualifications

• Availability for weekends, weeknights and nights.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule from Chef and prepare items per recipes.
• Follow production sheets and maintain portion control and quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per procedures after each use.
• Store, label and date all food items; adhere to HACCP guidelines.
• Take customer orders and prepare items with short prep times.
• Serve customers efficiently and with a friendly demeanor.
• Complete orders from steam tables and grills across multiple stations.
• Document required logs and reports as directed.
