Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY seeks a full-time Cook. Shift is Friday through Tuesday, 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a listed pay rate of $20.00 per hour. Prior experience in sauté, frying, knife skills, and pizza preparation is required.

• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portions and temperatures.
• Cleans and sanitizes the kitchen after preparation and service; handles waste per safety procedures.
• Maintains proper storage and handling of food and supplies; operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
