Diamond Willow Assisted Living is hiring Resident Assistants to provide compassionate care in a memory care and assisted living setting in Detroit Lakes, MN. Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, and block options, with shifts such as 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM and a wage up to $21/hour based on experience.

Applicants must pass a DHS background study and be at least 18 years old; CNA license is considered for younger applicants where permitted.

Toileting and bathing assistance.
Dressing and grooming assistance.

What You Bring

MUST PASS a DHS background Study
Being able to complete these tasks while providing a supportive and dignified environment in which our aging population can thrive.
All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.
