Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Detroit Lakes, MN is hiring Resident Assistants. Join a compassionate team to support daily living activities, hygiene, mobility, meals, and engagement for residents.

You’ll work flexible full-time and part-time shifts, with no mandated extra shifts, in a home-like, person-centered environment. Compensation up to $21/hour based on experience, with benefits and CNA pathway options.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS background check.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older. If under 18, CNA certification may be considered per regulations.
