Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Detroit Lakes, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA). You will support residents with daily living activities, assist with mobility, meals, hygiene, and medications, while fostering a compassionate, respectful environment.

Flexible shifts include evening hours; compensation is up to $21/hour with shift differential, and benefits for full-time staff. A DHS background check is required, and CNA credentials may be considered for younger applicants.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older; individuals under 18 may be considered only if they hold a valid CNA license, per applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming support.
• Feeding assistance.
• Management of dementia-related behaviors.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including use of mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments.
• End of life care.

Primary Responsibilities

• Toileting and Bathing
