Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Grand Rapids, MN seeks compassionate Resident Assistants to support residents with daily living activities.

You’ll assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and dementia care, while maintaining dignity and person-centered care. We offer flexible full-time and part-time shifts, PTO, health and dental insurance, and opportunities to advance with CNA certification reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must pass DHS background study.
• Provide care with dignity for aging residents.
• Able to work 18+ with CNA exception as allowed.

What You Bring

• MUST PASS a DHS background Study
• Being able to complete these tasks while providing a supportive and dignified environment in which our aging population can thrive.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Schedule & Compensation
