Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Park Rapids, MN invites compassionate Resident Assistants to join our caring team. You will provide essential daily support, including toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding assistance, mobility support, and dementia care, in a home-like community where residents are known and valued.

We offer flexible schedules (including nights and weekends), paid time off, health and dental insurance options for full-time staff, a CNA certification

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• Ability to provide care with dignity in a supportive environment.
• Applicants must be 18 or older; CNA exemption may apply per regulations.

What You Bring

• MUST PASS a DHS background Study
• Being able to complete these tasks while providing a supportive and dignified environment in which our aging population can thrive.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations

Schedule & Compensation
