Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant (RA). You will provide dignified care, assist with daily living activities, and support residents in a home-like environment.

Shifts are flexible, with Wages up to $18/hour based on experience. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/insurance for full-time staff, a 401(k) plan, and CNA certification reimbursement while employed.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS background study.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; CNA license exemption allowed where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Toileting, bathing, dressing and grooming assistance.
• Feeding support and meal assistance.
• Mobility assistance and transfers (including use of mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments as directed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Toileting and Bathing
• Dressing and Grooming
• Feeding Assistance
• Management of Dementia related behaviors
• Transfer and Mobility Assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
• Medication administration and Treatments
• End of Life Cares
