Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Park Rapids, MN is seeking Resident Assistants to provide compassionate care in a home-like setting. You will support residents with daily living activities and be part of a team that values person-centered care.

Flexible full-time and part-time shifts are available, including evenings. Experience isn't required—training is provided, and a CNA pathway is supported for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must pass DHS background study.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older; under 18 may apply if they have a valid CNA license per regulations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Toileting and Bathing
• Dressing and Grooming
• Feeding Assistance
• Management of Dementia related behaviors
• Transfer and Mobility Assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)

What You Bring

• MUST PASS a DHS background Study
