Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living is seeking an Evening Resident Assistant (RA) in Duluth, MN. The role focuses on compassionate care for residents, including assistance with activities of daily living and safety support in a memory care environment.

You will participate in toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and medication-related tasks while promoting dignity and independence for residents. Flexible shifts and opportunities for CNA certification support are offered.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, with rotating weekends.
• Wages: Up to $19.50/hour based on experience, includes shift differential. Wages are higher if you are a CNA.
