Job summary

Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by Physical Therapist and assist in care.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation per facility and payer requirements.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and infection control protocols.
• Participate in care conferences and educate residents and families on goals and home programs.
• Assist with training Restorative Aides and facilitate equipment orders as needed.
