Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• California: Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification through CalMHSA must be provided and verified prior to your start date.

Responsibilities

• Engage, inspire, and facilitate meaningful conversations to help members explore and meet their recovery goals.
• Provide consultation to the team to promote and reinforce Telecare's Recovery Culture as defined by RCCS.
• Respond to critical situations with high-level engagement and de-escalation skills to support a least restrictive environment.
