Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and coordinate with nursing on dietary needs.
• Assemble and deliver meals according to patient orders and timing.
• Follow HACCP, HIPAA and sanitation policies; assist dietitians as needed.
• Maintain tray tickets and ensure accuracy and timeliness of meals.
