Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group affiliate, is hiring PATIENT DINING ASSOCIATES (DIETARY AIDE) for full-time and part-time roles at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital in Sulphur Springs, TX. You will assist patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have customer service or food service experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies and cultural/religious preferences.
• Assemble meals and retrieve trays on time and accurately.
• Adhere to HIPAA policies and facility confidentiality.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain clean work stations.
