Job summary

Mindful Health Solutions is seeking a Patient Care Technician for a full-time, M-F role in a high-volume medical office. You will provide compassionate patient care during TMS and Esketamine treatments, assist with scheduling, insurance verification, and charting in EMR, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires BLS certification, strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Highly customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required and maintained.
• Attention to detail with ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Provide compassionate patient care and build rapport with patients facing mental health challenges.
• Perform TMS treatments following physician protocols; set up, monitor, and document sessions.
