Job summary

Mindful Health Solutions is seeking a Patient Care Technician to deliver friendly patient service while administering TMS, Esketamine, and IV Ketamine therapies in a high-volume medical office. You will support scheduling, insurance verification, collections, and patient check-in/check-out, with a focus on compassionate care.

The role includes hands-on treatment administration, documentation, and HIPAA-compliant patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare customer service or medical offices.
• Current BLS certification required; maintained throughout employment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA-compliant patient information.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Provide compassionate patient care and build trust with patients.
• Perform TMS treatments following physician protocols and document sessions.
• Address issues with patient comfort and TMS setup during treatments.
• Administer psychiatric rating scales and guide patients to complete them accurately.
• Maintain schedules, patient demographics, and insurance information.
• Collect deductibles, co-insurance, and co-pays.
• Manage multiple phone lines and respond to emails from patients.
• Scan medical documents and maintain EMR records integrity.
