Job summary

Mindful Health Solutions is hiring a Patient Care Technician for a high-volume medical office in Fairfield, CT. You will administer interventional mental health treatments such as TMS, Esketamine, and IV Ketamine, while handling scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in/out.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7am to 6pm, a training pathway in TMS and Esketamine within 3 months, and benefits including PTO, holidays, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Current BLS certification required; must be maintained.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; data entry accuracy.
• Professional appearance and patient confidentiality.
• Experience in medical office or customer service considered.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality.
• Deliver compassionate patient care and build rapport.
• Perform TMS treatments per physician protocols; monitor and document.
• Set up, adjust coils, and troubleshoot treatment setup.
• Manage scheduling, demographics, and insurance information.
• Handle payments: deductibles, co-pays, and collections.
• Answer phones and email inquiries promptly.
• Process and file documents in EMR system.
