Mindful Health Solutions is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide friendly customer service while administering interventional mental health treatments such as TMS, Esketamine, and IV Ketamine therapies. You will support scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in/check-out in a high-volume medical office.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, compassionate patient care, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective patients and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Excel in multitasking with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and data entry skills are mandatory.
• Engage professionally with patients, clinic staff, physicians, and support departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and support during TMS, Esketamine, and IV Ketamine sessions.
• Manage scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in/check-out.
• Maintain accurate schedules and patient demographics and insurance information.
• Collect deductibles, co-insurance, and co-pays from patients.
• Scan documents and ensure records are correctly stored in EMR.
