Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking Customer Service Specialists to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer product questions, and recommend suitable solutions.

You will maintain high service quality, process sales transactions, support deliveries, stock shelves, tint and mix as needed, and help achieve monthly and yearly sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams staff requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and stock records.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; load/unload delivery trucks.
