Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Longwood Health and Rehabilitation Center in Longwood, FL. The role emphasizes evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and improving functional independence within daytime, full-time hours.

Licensed OTs with NBCOT certification and a Master’s/Doctorate in OT are preferred, with licensure reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package offered. Generous PTO and 401k matching accompany the position.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required

• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required

• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence

• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
