Job summary

PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate psychiatric care for residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. You will work autonomously within a supportive clinical and administrative team, delivering comprehensive assessments and medication management.

• Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours
