Job summary

PsychoGeriatricServices (PGS) seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The role offers independent work within a supportive clinical and administrative team, with the freedom to set start and end times within core business hours.

You will conduct on-site assessments, manage medications, collaborate with facility leaders, educate staff, and ensure compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with active license to practice.
• Active DEA license.
• Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours.
• Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds.
