PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) is seeking a Therapist (Psychologist, LCPC, or LCSW) for full-time positions across Carlisle, Mechanicsburg, and Newville, PA. You will deliver compassionate psychiatric care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, working autonomously with robust clinical and administrative support.

The role emphasizes independence with core business hours, no nights or on-call, and opportunities to collaborate with facility teams and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold state licensure as Psychologist, LCPC, or LCSW in PA, MD, DC, or VA
• Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours
• Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds
