Job summary

PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to deliver psychiatric care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will work autonomously with strong clinical and administrative support, focusing on compassionate care for older adults with complex needs.

The role emphasizes independence, collaboration with facility teams, and strict adherence to clinical guidelines. It offers a stable schedule with emphasis on work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in PA/MD/DC/VA.
• Active DEA license.
• Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours.
• Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds.
