Job summary

PsychoGeriatricServices (PGS) is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to deliver dedicated psychiatric care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings across Pittsburgh, Greensburg, and Youngwood, Pennsylvania.

You will work autonomously with robust clinical and administrative support, conducting on-site assessments, medication management, and care coordination with facility teams while adhering to state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (MD, DC, VA, or PA required).
• Active DEA license.
• Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours.
• Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds.
