PsychoGeriatricServices (PGS) is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to deliver compassionate psychiatric care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will work autonomously while staying connected to a robust clinical and administrative support team, with core business hours and no on-call requirements.

Responsibilities include on-site assessments, medication management, collaboration with facility teams, and education of staff.

Formación

• State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (PA required).
• Active DEA license.
• Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours.
• Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds.
