Job summary

PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to deliver psychiatric care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings across Carlisle and surrounding PA facilities.

You will work autonomously with clinical support, Monday–Friday daytime hours, and no nights or on-call duties, fostering professional growth within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in PA (or eligible in nearby states)
• Active DEA license is required
• Availability Monday–Friday daytime hours
• Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management

Requirements

• State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (MD, DC, VA,or PA required)
• Active DEA license
• Monday–Friday availability during normal businesshours
• Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to15 pounds
