• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to travel to properties in the assigned region and work independently with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment.
• Collaborate on curb appeal and grounds maintenance.
