Job summary

Richman Property Services seeks a Floating Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain multiple properties across Tampa Bay. You will handle preventive maintenance, prepare units for occupancy, and respond to service requests, with on-call duties and occasional overtime.

Competitive pay and full-time benefits are offered. The role requires EPA 608 certification or strong equivalent skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel between sites with independence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license strongly preferred.
• Minimum two years of maintenance and general repair experience.
• Proficiency in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc., and OSHA/air act awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act.
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment.
• Complete required trainings, logs, and reports timely.
• Assist in preventative maintenance plans and curb appeal upkeep.
• Collaborate on maintaining grounds cleanliness and safety.
• Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime.
