Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Floating Maintenance Technician in Los Angeles, CA to perform daily repair and upkeep, prepare vacant units for occupancy, and manage service requests across multiple properties.

The position requires at least two years of maintenance experience, EPA 608 Type I/II or Universal certification (sponsorship possible), reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently within a team on multi-site assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience, or Groundskeeper experience.
• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license strongly preferred.
• Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment
• Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner
• Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds
• Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime
