Job summary

Mashcole Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple sites in the Los Angeles/Santa Monica area.

You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, carpentry, pool maintenance, and make-ready tasks under supervision. Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining inventories, assisting with annual inspections, and adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year trade school or 6 months work experience.
• Good working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pool maintenance, and appliance repair.
• Must have hand tools normally used in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
• Complete work orders and maintain on-call log records with time spent.
• Assist with bi-annual property inspections and routine upkeep of grounds and common areas.
• Support inventory, supplies, and safety compliance across sites.
