Job summary

Richman Property Services is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to perform daily repairs and upkeep across Tampa Bay properties. You will prepare units, manage requests, and support preventive maintenance while ensuring OSHA and air act compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of maintenance experience, EPA 608 Type I/II or Universal preferred (sponsorship possible), and a valid driver's license; expect on-call weekends and travel between sites within the

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type I/II or Universal Technician license preferred; sponsorship may be possible for motivated candidates.
• 2+ years of maintenance/repair experience or Groundskeeper background.
• Own basic tools as allowed by state laws.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws including Fair Housing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act.
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment.
• Complete required training, logs, and reports in a timely manner.
• Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development.
• Assist in the property preventative maintenance plan.
• Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and grounds cleanliness.
• Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime.
