Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking a dedicated merchandiser in Greeneville, TN to support in-store execution for Nabisco brands. You will visit stores, maintain displays, stock shelves, and ensure product visibility in line with company guidelines.

Use an iPad to place orders and document displays, and work closely with field sales to implement plans. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, have a valid driver’s license, and can travel to various stores within the area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, shelf stocking, and display maintenance or changes.
• Represent Mondelēz and its brands in stores while working closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility.
• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines.
• Verify that sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed.
• Communicate issues to the Mondelēz management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Requirements

• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Greeneville, TN
• Availability required Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday
