Job summary

Ivy Park at Playa Vista, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group in California, is hiring a Care Provider for Memory Care. This full-time role offers 2pm–10pm shifts and pay between $19.50 and $21.50 per hour.

The Care Provider delivers personal assistance and daily care to residents, supporting independence and comfort while following company values. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Possess written and verbal communication with staff, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Oakmont Management Group may require vaccination and other health/safety measures per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly while maintaining residents' dignity and safety.
• Communicate any changes of condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
