Job summary

HNN Communities is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician in Lakewood, WA. The role involves maintaining the property, completing make-ready tasks, and performing general repairs to keep the community safe and welcoming.

Pay is $22–$26 per hour with a Tue-Sat schedule from 7:00am to 4:00pm. Company-paid benefits include medical, dental, vision, and generous paid time off. Join a dynamic team dedicated to resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of maintenance related experience.
• Competent in electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, appliance repair, carpentry, and painting.
• Able to provide exceptional customer service to residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Familiar with MS Office Suite and iPads/tablets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition and upkeep of the community following standards.
• Complete work orders within policy timelines.
• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying, and repairs.
• Inspect and maintain community grounds, pools, and common areas.
• Perform regular lighting checks and repairs.
• Maintain safety records in company software and document logs.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as assigned.
• Ensure workshops and utility rooms are clean, safe and organized.
• Assist in inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
• Respect privacy and security with proper key control.
