Qualifications

• Minimum one year of maintenance experience, preferably as a Maintenance Technician.
• Competent in all aspects of maintenance operations.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with technology including MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition and upkeep of the community.
• Complete work orders within expected timeframes.
• Prepare apartments including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Maintain community grounds and amenities.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as assigned.
