Job summary

HNN Communities in Federal Way, WA is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will maintain the physical condition and upkeep of the community, complete work orders promptly, and ensure safety and quality standards are followed in all units and common areas.

Responsibilities include preparing make-ready homes, performing repairs, maintaining grounds, and handling after-hours calls as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of maintenance related experience.
• Competent in electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repairs.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and general upkeep of the community.
• Complete work orders within policy and standards.
• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying and repairs.
• Maintain community grounds, pools, common areas and amenities.
• Assist in inspections and respond to after-hours emergencies.
