The ideal candidate has luxury retail experience, strong clienteling skills, and a genuine ability to connect with customers while driving sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury or premium retail sales experience.
• Strong clienteling experience with personal client base.
• Proven ability to drive sales and develop repeat business.
• Polished communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with retail POS systems; Shopify is a plus.
• Existing relationships within the local community is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, attentive service throughout the customer experience.
• Build strong product knowledge and provide thoughtful recommendations based on each client's style, needs, and occasion.
• Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio through consistent relationship building and follow-up.
• Conduct proactive client outreach through approved phone, text, email, and clienteling platforms.
• Communicate new arrivals, promotions, and loyalty opportunities to existing clients.
• Work toward individual and store sales goals through natural upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain an organized, polished, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Assist with merchandise replenishment, inventory receiving, stock counts, and stockroom organization.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately through the POS system.
• Collaborate with the store team and share product knowledge to support overall performance.
