Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Fashion Advisor in Boca Raton to deliver exceptional client service and fashion expertise on a full-time basis. You will engage with walk-in clients, convert visits into sales, and nurture lasting relationships through thoughtful outreach.

You’ll work with a diverse sales team, report to boutique leadership, and participate in a dynamic luxury retail environment focused on inclusion, culture, and craftsmanship. Experience in luxury fashion is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• In-store full-time presence required to support client sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Optimize the client experience with prompt, professional, warm and courteous service.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to raise service levels and exceed expectations.
• Take in repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
