You will cultivate client relationships, provide elevated customer service, and act as a trusted style confidante, using the latest technology to reach and sell to clients both in store and remotely.

The role emphasizes fashion knowledge, styling authority, and commission-based earning potential. Weekend availability (Fri–Sun) is required, with extensive benefits and employee discounts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in fashion retail and styling.
• Commission-based sales experience.
• Proficiency with technology and digital selling tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
• This role requires weekend availability (Friday through Sunday)
