Bethesda Health Group in Kirkwood, MO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time day shift (6:45am-7:15pm) to provide essential nursing care for geriatric residents.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, and timely documentation, with emphasis on safety and communication within the IDT. Eligible regular employees receive comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Must have an LPN license in the state you will be working.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• IV certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to assess geriatric nursing needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic nursing care and assess residents on admission and ongoing.
• Communicate significant changes to IDT and participate in care planning.
• Document assessments and nursing interventions promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and timely.
• Assist with ADLs and respond to call lights; monitor safety.
• Use SBARR for physician communication during crises.
