Qualifications

• Valid driver license required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects and prepare lease paperwork.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries with leasing information and schedule tours.
• Assist with weekly, monthly and special reports related to occupancy and leasing activity.
• Explain lease terms and community policies to residents and applicants.
• Support planning and execution of resident events as directed by management.
