The position requires 60 college credits (or equivalent), SAT or Parapro qualifying scores, and a Michigan teaching certification. Salary ranges from $18 to $30 per hour, with on-site work at Loyola High School.

Qualifications

• 60+ credit hours from an accredited college or university.
• SAT evidence-based reading/writing ≥480 and math ≥530.
• ETS Parapro Assessment passing score ≥460.
• Bachelor's degree in Education preferred.
• Valid Michigan teaching certificate with applicable endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic support to students in small group and one-on-one settings.
• Assist in the implementation of MTSS strategies to support students' learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and deliver individualized learning plans.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators and administrators.
• Support classroom management and assist in maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
