BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Home Health Aide to provide compassionate in-home care to clients in Minnesota. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and support clients in maintaining independence in their homes.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient caregiver with strong communication.
• Experience in home care or related setting preferred.
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver''s license with auto insurance.
• Negative TB test or clear chest X-ray.
• Willingness to work 2 weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance clients'' lives.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health, and communicate with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

• Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

Requirements:

• A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
• Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
