Job summary

BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is seeking early shift Home Health Aides to join our team in the Minneapolis area.

You will work with clients one-on-one in their homes, assisting with daily activities, personal cares, transfers, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship. We offer mornings starting around 6 AM, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and caring by nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing hands-on care in home settings.
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver\u2019s license and auto insurance.
• Willingness to work 2 weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client\u2019s health, behavior, and needs.
• Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communicate with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

We are seeking early shift caregivers to join our team at Brightstar! This position includes working with clients 1 on 1 in their homes providing assistance with daily actives such as personal cares, transferring, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship. If you are seeking a morning position this may be a great fit for you, we have shifts available starting from 6AM- 7AM !

• Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Requirements:

• A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.

• Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)


• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.


• Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.


• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
