Job Description

An Engineer is responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility to ensure outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As an Engineer, your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest calls and work orders to repair machinery and equipment
• Performing repairs and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry
• Conducting inspections for preventive maintenance needs
• Recording and reporting repairs and items requiring further attention
