An Engineer is responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the hotel facility to ensure outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As an Engineer, your responsibilities include maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Specific tasks include:

  • Performing repairs and maintenance such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry
  • Responding promptly and courteously to guest calls and work orders from team members
  • Conducting inspections for preventive maintenance
  • Documenting completed repairs and follow-up needs
