Qualifications

• Certified Food Safety Manager or ability to obtain accreditation within 90 days of employment; accreditation maintained while employed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Grocery Department, including hiring, training and developing department associates.
• Supervise the performance of all duties and responsibilities of department associates and provide ongoing performance management.
• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Guiding Principles, Core Values, Vision and Strategy.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure fast, easy, friendly customer service and a positive shopping experience.
