Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of store operations preferred.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.

• Ability to lead and direct others.
• MUST meet minimum age requirements and physical requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Grocery Department, including hiring, training and developing department associates.
• Supervise duties, provide ongoing performance management and appraisals.
• Daily labor management and coaching to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Guiding Principles, Core Values, Vision and Strategy.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure customer service-focused atmosphere and positive shopping experience.
• Role model outstanding customer service and use product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Control store expenses through ordering, care for supplies and equipment.
• Utilize company tools and systems (ACIS, scheduling, inventory, CAO, BI).
• Maintain department appearance, quality, sanitation and safety compliance.
• Ensure proper Grocery Department scheduling for extraordinary service.
• Understand scheduling, sales, wage percent, interviewing, hiring and training processes.
