Protouch Staffing is seeking two Registered Nurses to join a home health team in Terre Haute, Indiana. You will provide skilled nursing in patients' homes, conduct assessments, and educate families on care plans and medications.

The role emphasizes geriatric patient care, collaboration with physicians and the care team, documentation, infection control, and maintaining confidentiality. Schedules are Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation and differential pay.

Competenze

• Active Indiana RN license required.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Previous home health or hospice experience preferred.
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Mansioni

• Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes.
• Conduct admission assessments and information visits.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and medications.
• Develop and revise individualized plans of care with the care team.
• Maintain accurate medical records and document changes.
• Coordinate care and participate in team meetings.
